Personal Trainer (DPT)
Experienced Personal Trainer with diploma in fitness, anatomy, physiology, assessment and program design.
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

A professional who has passed a certification exam from a recognized organization and is qualified to design and deliver safe and effective fitness programs to clients.

Advanced Certified Personal Trainer (ACPT)
A personal trainer who has advanced knowledge and skills in areas such as anatomy, exercise physiology, program design and client assessment, and has received further certification from a professional organization.
Specialist Personal Trainer (SPT)

Beginner level personal training is for those starting their fitness journey, intermediate level is for those with some exercise experience, and advanced level is for experienced individuals seeking more challenging workouts.

Goals will vary based on the individual’s fitness level, with beginners focusing on building foundation, intermediate individuals working towards improving specific skills, and advanced individuals striving to reach peak performance.

Progress tracking and adjustments to the workout plan will be more frequent and intense at advanced levels, compared to beginner and intermediate levels.

A: No, the prices mentioned for personal training services are exclusive of gym access fees. To avail personal training services at our fitness center, you must have a valid gym membership.
A: Personal Training sessions are charged only for the supervised sessions, which means one-to-one personnel training. The sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes maximum. Clients can schedule a minimum of three and a maximum of six supervised sessions each week. The sessions will be billed on a monthly basis.
A: Yes, trainers will provide support on non-personal training days by providing clients with a tailored workout program to follow. This program will be designed based on the client’s goals, fitness level, and any other relevant factors. During non-personal training days, the same trainer or any available trainer during the shift will guide and monitor the client’s workouts to ensure that they are performing the exercises correctly and safely.
A: When Personal Training sessions are billed on a monthly basis, the validity of the sessions is typically 30 days. This means that any session that remains unused within the 30-day tenure will be lapsed or forfeited. Clients are encouraged to schedule their sessions in advance and use them within the allotted time frame to make the most of their investment in personal training. However, if a client is unable to attend a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be able to reschedule it with the trainer, depending on the trainer’s availability and policies or the client can avail of the online sessions.

Important Terms and Conditions for Personal Training Sessions: What You Need to Know!

  1. Personal training sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be forfeited, and the financial investment for that session will be lost. Unused sessions due to staff unavailability will be added to the member’s account.
  2. If the client is unable to attend the sessions at the gym, the trainer may offer a virtual session at the scheduled time.
  3. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been made with the trainer.
  4. Personal training sessions must be completed within the defined expiration period from the date of the contract. Unused sessions will be void after the expiration period.
  5. Clients using the PT Tracker must schedule their upcoming sessions in advance and sign in to the PT tracker once the session is completed. Sessions will be tracked based on customer signatures.
  6. No refunds will be given for membership cancellation or unused personal training sessions under any circumstances. Payment for gym membership or personal training services guarantees the use of the service for the duration bought, but does not guarantee the presence of the same staff or equipment throughout the usage period.
  7. If the gym is temporarily closed due to unforeseen situations, membership and personal training sessions will be extended up to 3 months with 100% seal protection.
  8. Members with annual or 6-month subscriptions can pause their membership for 30 days upon request.
  9. Personal training services are non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other services or products.
