All memberships are term memberships, regardless of usage. Non-use or off-days are not compensated.
Our policy is No Refunds for membership cancellations. You can transfer your membership (charges apply).

Members with medical conditions must obtain a doctor's clearance certificate before starting any assessments or workout routines.
Bring separate workout shoes and a towel. Wearing outdoor shoes inside the gym is prohibited.
Fitness Factory is not liable for any injuries or risks sustained on our premises or during sponsored events.

Drugs, steroids, and performance-enhancing substances are strictly prohibited.
Smoking, alcohol, and chewing tobacco are not permitted on the premises.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). In such cases, we may temporarily or permanently suspend operations without offering refunds or extensions.
The management reserves the right to modify operating hours, facilities, services, equipment, rules, and rates without prior notice. We recommend checking the notice board or social media for updates.
Personal training sessions must be completed within the agreement period.
Memberships must be activated within 180 days. Medical exceptions may be granted upon request. Once activated, the start date cannot be changed.
The club is not responsible for lost belongings. Found items are kept at the main desk.
By using our facilities, you assume all risks associated with exercise and waive any possibility of personal injury claims.
You acknowledge the potential risks and benefits of our fitness program and agree to consult with a physician before starting.
